Thanks to his magical list (and a little help from you), Santa will greet his excited visitors by name and will give each child a cuddly keepsake to treasure forever. You’ll have plenty of time for your family to share your festive wishes with Santa and his elves before grabbing your phone to capture a few festive photos to celebrate this magical moment.
This brand-new Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated experience is exclusively available to guests visiting Port Lympne Illuminated or staying overnight as part of our Nightlights Package. Entry to the grotto will not be permitted without a valid ticket or overnight stay.

How To Book Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated
To book your space at Santa’s Grotto, simply click ‘Book Now‘ and select your tickets for Port Lympne Illuminated.
When you have selected your visit date, tickets and trail time, you will be prompted to add a visit to Santa’s Grotto to your basket. If this does not appear, please check alternative dates.
If you already have your Port Lympne Illuminated tickets or are an Annual Pass Holder, please contact us on info@portlympne.com to add a visit to Santa’s Grotto to your booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Access to Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated requires pre-booking and can be booked online. Access is not included with Port Lympne Overnight stays. Tickets are nonrefundable from point of purchase. If you need to change your date or time, please contact our Customer Services Team. Changes subject to availability
- Tickets for Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated do not include access to Port Lympne Reserve. A valid admission ticket, annual pass or overnight stay booking is required and must be purchased separately
- Tickets may be available to purchase on the day, subject to availability
- At point of booking, you will be asked to provide your child(s) age and name. This information will be used for experience personalisation only
- Photography will not be offered as part of Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated. Guests are welcome to capture photos of the experience for personal use only
- Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated will be open from 2pm-7:50pm from 27th November 2026 until 23rd December 2026.
- Tickets are subject to availability
- You are responsible for ensuring the details you submit to us, such as names, addresses and contact details, are correct and up-to-date
- Tickets are priced at £22 per child. Accompanying adults may enter for free. A maximum of five people (three children + two adults) may enter Santa’s Grotto at any one time
- Payment must be made in full at time of booking. All tickets will be charged a £2.40 online booking fee
- We reserve the right to cancel Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated experiences, with reasonable notice. You will be informed of any cancellation via email or telephone and will be refunded the amount paid for your ticket
- Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated bookings allow guests to select a specific time for their encounter with Santa. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early, to allow you to reach the Port Lympne Mansion and experience our elves’ waiting room
- Any child attending Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18 or older. The accompanying adult will be solely responsible for any child/children attending
- By purchasing a ticket for Santa’s Grotto at Port Lympne Illuminated, child guests will receive a gift. The gift is included in the ticket price and visitors will be entitled to one gift per child ticket only. Gift is subject to change and availability. Gift is not wrapped. Gift is nontransferable, nonrefundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
